Hi!! While answering the question have your most recent visa application in any visa been refused should I say yes or no? I got refused once like 4 years ago and I am trying to apply now?
Here you have to answer "Yes" however, at the time of visa date booking you can select "Regular" instead of "Previously refused"

Currently there are no slots available in Nepal, you might get slots in India. Everyday few slots open in India.

You can update all information in your profile except for your passport number and SEVIS number. If you have entered your passport number incorrectly, please contact the US embassy in Nepal for assistance.

I cannot confirm this, but I believe you can obtain a NID card from any district. However, I can confirm that if you are in Kathmandu, you can obtain one there.
