@@chip4039 You might be thinking of Buldak Fire Noodles, those come in a black package and have a prepared Scoville rating of about 4404; there's also the ones that come in a black and red package which are the double fire noodles and have 8808 Scoville units after preparation

Japanese people love using the american slices, so if you want to be "authentic" then that's the way to go. I use kraft slices, only time I ever use them, they just work so well (also non "plastic" cheese gets so hard on the chopsticks and is a huge pain to clean)
You should try beef Mr.Noodles with Sriracha but don’t make the broth just drain the water from the noodles and put the broth pack on top mix and add sriracha I don’t think the states has Mr.Noodles I’m pretty sure they’re a Canadian thing and they are very popular here and adding any cheese of your choice makes it really good
Lobster King bowl is my favorite. Way higher quality of noodle. I put a can of roasted eel on top of the noodles when theyre cooking. So so so so so good
You should do my ramen recipe to take a Mr. noodles. Ramen You strain all the vegetables out for just the sauce, then you put two slices of packaged cheese. I swear it’s delicious.
