Bonnie Gross is an executive speaking coach who uses the science of Speech Pathology, mindset work and powerful speaking techniques to help top-tier leaders become the most memorable people in the room.

Bonnie’s professional work as a celebrated speech-language pathologist (SLP) focusing on pronunciation, accent modification, and voice improvement - the technical and science-based elements of speech - unites with her broadcasting expertise in television and radio to deliver a unique, value-driven audience and client experience to leaders and corporations looking to elevate their speaking to reach new heights of success. For her work in speech and language pathology, Bonnie has received accolades from the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology for outstanding contributions to the profession and awards and distinctions from local community publications in Toronto and New York. She continues to create and lecture for the Professional Speaking Skills course at the Schulich School of Business MBA at York University in Toronto, a position she's held since 1993.
She has incorporated her knowledge and experience as an SLP into interviewing and appearing on radio and TV as a host, producer, and interviewer. She wrote, hosted, and produced award-winning TV series, including Ethnicity, Second Chance, and Giving Voice.
