Charles spurgeon said in regards on this two. He said I don’t reconcile friends. This two go by the hand. Jhonathan edwards has a good explanation on this.

I believe in predestination... to conform to the image of God. ...to the adoption of a new body at the rapture. in election according to free will and God's foreknowledge. I believe that the Grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. I believe that God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance and belief of the truth.

Election is not conditional and there is no free will our will has been in bondage to our sin since the fall. The Bible is clear about this. We must be born again.

Please stop using the sovereignty wrong. Sovereignty doesn't mean determinism. The title should be determinism or man's responsibility to choose

What he says at the 5 minute mark destroys any faith I have in what he is saying. If something is not consistent with logic and reason, it's not worth abiding by. It's the same as saying that two things are contradictory and yet both of them are true. It is a total fallacy.
"Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear." Thomas Jefferson

It doesn't SEEM to work logically but it does. Just because we can't understand HOW it works doesn't mean it's not true. It means God's ways is higher than our ways. We can't fully comprehend God's sovereignty and our responsibility but scripture teaches both so both are true.

There's a difference between a contradiction and a paradox. Also, you're saying what Keller's teaching isn't consistent with logic and reason, but whose logic and whose reason are you referencing? It's yours which is finite and fallible compared to God who is infinite and perfectly wise. We must start with the Word of God which is infallible, even when we can't with our finite minds understand it. This doctrine is very hard to accept because it goes against our natural bent, but when I realized the truth of it, it is wonderfully freeing and humbling. Grace and peace.

I believe God has plans, but they're not set in stone. If you ask for something God didn't originally intend you to have, be or do, he might give it to you due to your faith and because it has become His will. He's still in charge, but what you did mattered.

This man needs to understand the foreknowledge of God. The plan of God is that ALL men should come to him.He is not willing that ANY should perish! God in his sovereignty Know's in his foreknowledge who will accept and who will reject and still " tasted death for every Man " With smooth words and fair speeches deceive the heart of the simple. Satan will come as a messenger of light!

I am sorry to say this but you hold a view too high of yourself. If God left the choice of our salvation to us, then none of us would be saved. Our hearts are evil and desire only our own exaltation; the Bible again and again testifies to this. Now, consider this passage:
“Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad-in order that God’s purpose in election might stand: not by works but by him who calls-she was told, “The older will serve the younger.” Just as it is written: “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.” What then shall we say? Is God unjust? Not at all! For he says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.” It does not, therefore, depend on human desire or effort, but on God’s mercy.”
      ‭‭Romans‬ ‭9‬:‭11‬-‭16‬ ‭
We our not saved on the basis of what we do or choose but on the basis of God electing love. God already knew how we would react to some insight in this divine decree so it is written:
“One of you will say to me: “Then why does God still blame us? For who is able to resist his will?””
      ‭‭Romans‬ ‭9‬:‭19‬ ‭
      Paul responds with:
“But who are you, a human being, to talk back to God? “Shall what is formed say to the one who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this?’ ””
      ‭‭Romans‬ ‭9‬:‭20‬ ‭
Please do not despise the Lord your God who has given His Son to die for you. Put your trust in Him for He is to be trusted, even if you cannot fully grasp His ways.
