To be part of a federation in any martial art discipline involves accepting curriculums, objectives, directives, etc. On paper it sounds like a possible reconciliation of goals, but in practice we all know that at some point the conflicts would be impossible to resolve. Politics and ego always get in the way.
Technique is included in Spirit. Not the same level. At the end it is always the Spirit that counts whatever the gesture. When one will face death technique will not count, but if your spirit has evolved, then it makes a difference.
