- Hello everyone! Welcome back to my craft room. I'm Whitney Lucas with Crafty Thoughts & Whatnots. Today's video was fun and turned out so well. I used recycled ribbon spools for the rings on two of the sleigh bells and a mason jar band/ring for the third one. These were fun and would make great gifts as well. I hope you love as much as I do!

Flannel one is my favorite
I do love them all. I think the one with the buffalo check bow is my favorite. The mason jar lid would drive me crazy because the Merry Christmas ribbon seems upside down. But still stinking cute. Love watching your videos and the gibber gabber is welcome. It brightens my day. 🎄
Wlexome back. Girl, I grew up in Southern California and lived in Michigan for 3 years and loved every minute of the snow we got. Now we're over in North Carolina where it gets cold but no snow. I hope that once my husband is done with his military career , we move back to the midwest so I can have some snow in my life, lol. Glad you're better and no, you dont sound like a lumber jack.

Thanks so much. I don't really notice the process while I'm making them. When I watch the play back after editing the video I see all kinds of things I really am not aware of.. its becomes second nature and is really just so fun and calming.. I like to hang sleigh bells form my front door they are on a piece of leather, But I actually refer to them as jingle bells. I liked your sleigh bells.

I used the tubes Costco wrap comes on, it's so much heavier, had cubbie cut them down to 6-8". Turned them into bells.

LOL I love that name too! I think the belt is an awesome idea.. Lots of thrift stores have great leather ones and even better a used one with worn markes for a wonderful look.. Your ribbon of choice would cover up the holes if need be and the buckle would be perfect for hanging! Oh what a great great idea Connie! I love it! Thanks so much for sharing that idea with me.. Whitney I love all three but I too am partial to anything farmhouse. Don’t ever apologize for doing farmhouse! After all it’s right there in your title so if people don’t like it they can skip it! I got Covid a month ago and I completely lost my voice! I felt sorry for anyone that I spoke with on the phone because My voice was literally just a very faint whisper and we all know how creepy it is to have someone whisper in your ear! 😂😂 it’s very slowly coming back but is going to take many many weeks! You and your crafty mind are amazing don’t ever stop creating because everything that you make is awesome !!

All 3 of the sleigh bells look like you would find them in a resort gift shop or a higher end Christmas shop!! Very nice🥰. I used red and white check this year and LOVE it🥰

I live in Alabama and we never get snow at my house neither so I'm like you, I love it unless I had to deal with it for months. Lol. It's very rare here. It does get cold tho. And I like cooler weather.
Me as well. I love the cold over the heat. The desert is a nasty place in the summer. LOL But someday I might actually move.. But at the moment i have to much craft supplies to pack. LOL Many hugs and happy crafting!

Everything is beautiful. Have you ever done something with angels or cardinals? I know this might sound stupid but my mom believes when you see a cardinal that means someone you lost is looking out for you. I'm not a person who believes this. Lol. Well at my mom's house there has been 6 cardinals that sit on the fence. Right by the fence use to be a tree. When my mom's dad died, my mom took a small tree from his house and put it right by the fence. It has been several years ago and the tree was getting really big. The tree had to be cut down 2 years ago. The first Christmas without my grandfather the 6 cardinals started coming to the fence and tree. My mom truly believes it's from my grandfather. I don't know it could be. The way I look at it is that it makes my mom happy so that works for me. I'm sorry this is so long. Everything you make is wonderful. I wish you and your family health and happiness. Merry Christmas.
No i have heard that before and there is a lot of decor and signs made that you can buy in stores. Ive heard and seen that many times! A lot of times the things that bring us comfort have meaning to so many others as well. Its a very nice experience and there could be something to it. You never know.. Im in Mobile, Al and its been 80 degrees for atleast the past week. Severe weather coming thru n itll be like 38 in the morning. We will actually have a cold Christmas this year the highs will be maybe 60 or 64 n itll be 30-45 at night atleast til Christmas. Where u from again?
Im in Las Vegas, NV. The hot desert is not fun... It gets cold but nothing compared to what Ive been told by others. I just want to see a snowy Christmas one day.
