Hi Lori! It depends on what the bow or ribbon is being used for. In this instance, it didn't seem necessary. It is completely personal preference though. Some people always dovetail the ribbon tails, others cut them at an angle, some curl them, and some leave them alone. Whichever you prefer is fine! Thanks for watching!
