    6 weeks ago I completely replaced my old routines with all of Hunter's workouts for chest, back, arms, shoulders and legs and I can say I've had major improvements over the past 6 weeks. I highly recommend giving all of his workouts a try.

    I love this guy. Not afraid of the Smith machine and not afraid to admit he only his chest once a week. People give me shit for hitting chest only once a week, I struggle with chest growth so I give them a lot of rest and recovery time.

    • @johnlebesis8821
      @johnlebesis8821 9 років тому +4

      Daggerfall40 I'm with you Dagger, chest has always been my most stubborn part.. That's good thinking to give it full rest, everyone is different. However, I found what really worked for me, is hitting chest twice, (not quite a week... maybe every 8-day cycle for me).. it's helped drastically, and that way, my chest is still getting good rest as well. Sometimes we forget that hitting a bodypast a little more often, really does work.. providing the rest is there. Just my two cents, it's worked for me and others I know. All the best with your training :)

    • @Daggerfall40
      @Daggerfall40 9 років тому +1

      John Lebesis That's excellent advice and since writing that comment, I actually have been hitting chest twice a week. I'll do two chest/tricep workouts in one week, then next week i'll do just one but do two back/biceps instead and then the following week it's two chest/triceps again, and so forth. I found that rest isn't much of an issue to me anymore as long as I get plenty of sleep every night and eat good food. It's been working well and I've been seeing consistent results. As you said, sometimes you really have to just hit a body part more often! Happy training!

    • @MMAisLife617
      @MMAisLife617 8 років тому +4

      +Daggerfall40 He didn't get big hitting chest once a week though. Honestly if you retract your scapula, pop your chest out and have good form your chest will grow
