the trees look like the trees I had on a model train set up. there are some caves in that area that they showed on nat geo I believe, big enough to drive a truck into and they did a after doark coast-to-coast episode in one. I wonder how big the indian nation was ion that area way back

Great trip. Beautiful colors. Neat companions. Great video but it made me very nervous when you got so close to the edge of those sheer drop-offs. How did you get all that beer to he campsite? Was it cool?
It was an awesome trip for sure. The colors were popping, perfect time of year. It looked a lot closer than it was on the edges, I have a tripod, and long arms to help look over the edges. We went to a gas station about 10 minutes away from where the vehicles were parked. The weather was in the 60's during the day, 40's at night... it was perfect.
