Was für eine tolle bewegende Doku. Ich hatte oft Tränen in den Augen, weil mich die Geschichten zu den Songs sehr bewegt haben. Danke, das du diese sehr privaten Einblicke mit uns teilst und uns mitnimmst an diese wunderschönen Orte. Ich bin begeistert. Nicht nur deine Musik und das Album berührt, sondern auch deine Stimme, ich hätte dir gerne noch länger zugehört. Wahnsinn.
Toll aber ich verstehe nichts kann kein englisch und werde es durch meine Behinderung auch nicht erlernen können.

Eine so schöne berührende Doku. Was für Aufnahmen, was für Geschichten ... ich bin überwältigt! Der Film ist ein Kunstwerk. Ich war emotional ergriffen von der Schönheit dieser Geschichten. Es hätte gerne noch weiter gehen können. Das Video habe ich heute sicher nicht zum letzten mal geguckt 🥰 Das Album ist sowieso ein Meisterwerk! Ich liebe es ❤

Ich schon, bei *Gentleman* z.B.. Habe die Doku beim MDR gesehen, war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minuten oder besser Sekunde daran gefesselt, konnte kaum mal kurz woanders hinschauen. Eine wunderschön zusammengefasste Doku zum Album. *Applaus*

Ich habe dein Album gehört, bevor mir klar war, dass die Buchstaben B.O.A.T.S. für „based on a true story“ stehen.
Und trotzdem habe ich direkt gespürt, dass der Inhalt aus deinem tiefstem Herzen kommen. Die Songs strahlen eine unfassbare Intensität aus und gehen direkt unter die Haut. Inhaltlich wie musikalisch.
Heute habe ich mir die Doku dazu angesehen und bin zutiefst berührt.
Dass du uns, deinen Zuhörern, die Gelegenheit gibst, dich ein Stückchen auf dieser Reise zu begleiten, ist einfach wunderbar.
Diese schönen Aufnahmen, deine Begegnungen, die Menschen und Schauplätze deiner Vergangenheit gehen sehr in die Tiefe.
Ich war wie gefesselt, habe zustimmend mit dem Kopf genickt, wenn du etwas erzählt hast, habe mitgesungen, geschluchzt, geweint und geklatscht.
Ganz alleine auf meinem Sofa.
Das muss unfassbar intensiv gewesen sein, diese Reise mit so einem tollen, kleinen Team zu unternehmen.
Danke dass du uns teilhaben lässt!
Dein Album ist das beste, was ich seit langem gehört habe.
Es spricht für sich.

You always have the power to touch my soul, and of course you did it once more with each BOATS' song, with your wonderful and wise lyrics, full of truth and love ... But it's impossible to describe this emotion... Seeing you standing on that balcony, in that testimony of your story ... I just started crying... I can't even stop ... And I guess sometimes, only our tears can speak for us . You are a special and magical creature since you were born. You and your family are part of my life, I grew up with you, with your values, I wouldn't be who I am without you.

Du bist ein wirklich toller und sehr talentierter Mensch! Der Film und natürlich deine Melodien sind vielleicht das größte und schönste Werk deines Lebens. Und ich dachte, letztes Jahr gibt es nichts Größeres als ein Konzert im Kölner Dom. Es hat starke Emotionen in mir an die Oberfläche gebracht. Ich hatte Tränen in den Augen, als ich viele Filme sah, die mit schönen alten Erinnerungen verwoben waren. Ihre zutiefst sensible Vision übermittelt sehr wertvolle Botschaften nicht nur an diejenigen, die lieben, sondern an die ganze Welt. Ich verfolge seit Jahren dein Leben, die ganze Familie, aber besonders dich. Ich versuche im Sommer aus Ungarn zu Ihrem Konzert in der Loreley zu kommen.

I really want to tell you that I am incredibly fascinated by this album. First of all, there is not a single bad song on this album. More importantly though, you somehow managed to create an album where every single song (OK, there might be a couple of exceptions) gave me a feeling of having known them for a really long time, even though I hadn't heard them before. To me it feels like... these songs echo through eternity. Really, really beautiful. Thank you.

Especially the sequences about your childhood and the pics of your loving mom 😢, I lost my mother also very soon, so I can very well comprehend what you're saying and feeling. I'm listening to your music since you returned from the monastery. And before, I listened to the music of the Kelly Family since 1994, since I was 11 years old, now I'm 38. Your music and your personality gives me power and trust all over the years, and proved to me that there's so many good things on earth. Wunderschön!!! Ich habe Deine Doku gesehen und musste weinen vor tiefer Berührung! Und als Du von Deinem Song „Home“ erzähltest, waren alle Tränenkanäle offen und ich weinte alles, was grade in mir war, aus mir heraus… Ich wurde von dem Lied SEHR berührt und von dem, worum es geht. Danke aus ganzem Herzen. 🙏🏻💛✨🕯 „Home“ lief dann in der Nacht in Dauerschleife und irgendwann in den frühen Morgenstunden schlief ich dann darüber ein und beim Aufwachen so gegen 8 Uhr heute lief es noch immer!

I was most moved by the material about the mom and the house Home . I cried at those moments and your stories, beautifully done documentary . Beautiful views from Spain and Ireland. Landscapes in Ireland fascinated me the most and your confessions, I cried, I do not hide, because I also have a lot to do with this country, I have family there and often say that I will return there.
