  • If you feel breathless and struggle to swim 100m without stopping working on your breath control will teach you to relax and get better air exchange. What are bobs? Watch then give it a try next time you are at the pool.
    Recommended practice:
    2 minutes of bobs to warm up your breathing and get in the right mindset
    10x25m easy swim with 5-6 bobs to relax and rest after each length
    Build up to 20x25m with 5-6 bobs after each length. Once you can do that you can level up to 10x50m reps instead.
