Cake Ingredients
4 Large Eggs
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
15 Oz Can Pumpkin Purée
1/2 Tbsp Vanilla
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Tsp All Spice
1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Baking Powder
Tres Leches Ingredients
12 oz Can of Evaporated Milk
14 Oz Can Condensed Milk
1 Cup Pumpkin Flavor Eggnog
Not a fan of eggnog? Substitute with Whole Milk
Whipped Topping
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/3 Cup Sugar or 1/2 Cup Confectioner Sugar
2 Tsp Cinnamon

OMG! A FRIEND MADE THIS RECIPE AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! SHE COULDN'T FIND THE EGG NOG SO SHE USED 1 CUP OF FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE CREAMER BY COFFEE MATE, I CAN'T BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW DELICIOUS THIS RECIPE IS AND HOW MUCH WE LUVED IT, BUT FROM NOW ON IT WILL BE ONE OF OUR FAMILY FAVORITES! If I can’t find pumpkin spice eggnog, what else would you recommend?

Replace it with pumpkin spice coffee creamer or evaporated milk and add a tsp of pumpkin spice seasoning.

I made this over the weekend and it was so good its not overly sweet just enough. Its like eating a pumkin pie in a different form its so yummy. So easy to make. Thanks for the recipes!

Never heard or seen pumpkin spice egg nog? Can you use heavy cream and add pumpkin spice?

The person who made this said she used French Vanilla Coffee creamer by Coffee Mate and it was delicious!!! I also read using Pumpkin Spice Creamer as well. Good luck!

If I were to make the whipped topping flavor mexican chocolate, would it work well with the cake?

So you butter or spray the pan with oil

I used butter but you can use cooking spray too
