Fooster - There is an alternate ending to this game that will not only blow your mind, but also answer the question on the origins of this little guy. To activate the alternate ending there are “globes“ that you have to find and deactivate, and there are about a dozen of them hidden throughout the game. In the corn field, look down at the dead zone of corn and then follow the yellow cable for many of the rest. There is much more to it, worth looking it up for details. Much lub Brother.

I came here to say the same thing! That is an amazing game, just for the total believability of the characters and the way they speak. Not one for monetising maybe 😂
The movie resembling or perhaps seeming familiar to you in regard to the aesthetics of this game may be 'Metropolis' (1927). There are scenes in it depicting numerous factory workers, lifelessly going to their jobs, walking in sync, heads down, appearing soulless.
I like these games because minimum to no dialogue no back story but by the end you have this entire world and story built and it's all done through visuals and player experience. Plus. It's fun to watch lol.

Some of my favorite phrases: - Super dead 21:53 - Oh. Bad dog. No. 45:54 - The gasp and then dead silence when you broke into the first super large chamber in the sub and the music changed and we all stared in awe at the visuals and the sound. 51:16 - Rrrk (the sound a butt cheek makes going down the window) 2:07:35 - He's just soup 2:22:21 Other people have mentioned this, but I agree. I’m reminded of both Metropolis (1927) and Dark City (1998). And you are not smooth brained at all. You are far and away the most intelligent gamer that I follow. I love how you are always asking questions and trying to figure things out. You never just rush through games. Thank you for another wonderful several hours of entertainment. One of my favorite games, glad you finally experienced it and brought us for the ride, love you Foost :}
Thanks for the longer video Fooster, nice way to chill this afternoon.
Thank you very much for the support Frankie ❤
@@thefoosterchannel Great video. I was a little sad for you, knowing how it ended yet hearing you were getting more invested in the journey.
Fooster sees birds and hears them chirping.
Also Fooster: "Are these Turtles?"
Ah good ol' Fooster and his Hippo Eggs 😂😅
Had enough screen time for today and wanted to go to bed. See Fooster uploades a new Video... Sleep is for the weak!
😂❤
Awesome video. Thanks for uploading, man. Your entertainment is valued.
brooo also you have gottttt to think abt this typa game there's so much lore and reasoning behind each placement its so cool you'll be able to piece together the story lol we need to see that but great video dude
This kid has incredible stamina. The asthmatic in me could never. Adding an energy bar would make a lot of these situations way harder I imagine. Looking at you, dogs!
😂
Yeah, but his knees are f*cked. I don't think he'll walk much when he's older.
The world building in this game is INSANE! Totally engrossed! All the perfectly timed jumps, literally if it were a millisecond more you’d be dead, reminds me of one of my favorite parts in Jurassic park when they’re going through the ceiling with the velociraptors and Lex falls through and get her leg up just in time… gets me every 👏🏻 time 👏🏻 … amazing playthrough as always!
That blob reminds me of the globs like the ones you found in barns and the tunnel in the mist great video as always
I can´t believe you didnt play INSIDE until now!
What a masterpiece!!
Thanks for this whole year of amazing content as always!
Happy new year Fooster!!!
FINALLY FOOSTER, I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS! ❤
Up next you NEED to play is SOMERVILLE. It's s similar style game to this but it's about ALIENS. I KNOW you love that stuff so you will DEFINITELY like Somerville for sure!
I love how much attention Fooster gives the little details. One of my favorite things about watching his videos honestly
I’ve also played this one and enjoyed it! Thanks for the video Fooster!! 😊
Thanks!
The definition of insanity isn't just doing the same thing over and over again. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, EXPECTING A DIFFERENT RESULT. Going to work every day expecting every day to have the same result isn't insanity. Going to work every day the same way and expecting the situation to change IS.
This reminds me of the movie 'Meet The Robinsons' when Doris takes over..
What a frking awesome game from the best STORY TELLER there is, these games really suit you Fooster,
I love how you kept holding your breathe irl every time he dove in the water..
And YES YES YES PLEASE PLAY LIMBO!!! Cheers Fooster
The party animals game is hilarious to watch always gives me a good laugh ❤
Thank you for playing and posting this! I've been downloading and playing multiple games recently, trying to get into something and really immerse myself in it. Aside from my requisite racing games, this was it. I just finished it and LOVE this game! Playing Limbo next, then coming back to Inside to try for the alternate ending. Thanks again, Fooster!
Me and my wife just thought that you and Fisk should play unravel 2 together, be hilarious 😂
I'm so excited to go with you on this trip!! Glad you are playing it! Wow and 10 years HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! Looking forward to all your amazing vids in the coming year :D Love your personality, it is always a pleasure to hang out with you to chill! Thanks for being you!
It's a goodie this thought it would be up your alley
This game is actually awesome, happy you're playing it. But I would LOVE you to play limbo. Such a beautiful haunting atmospheric game. It's what made me fall in love with the side scroller platforming games to begin with
Hey fooster that game with cabins you played I don't know if you figured it out but the brothers name was Hansel, you played as pretty, it's her past, she's gretel from the tale of Hansel and gretal
Hans and Greta I think they were named but I got the reference.
trying to think of the movie reference at the 41:40+ mark, and i got the vibe of Termintor Salvation, rounding up the humans. this is an awesome game, graphics, playthrough. enjoy your videos, dude. keep up the good work!
Just opened UA-cam and saw this.... Jackpot 🎉
Always been a favorite youtuber of mine, im glad you're still with us. I've also been binge watching your videos for the past week lol, super entertaining.
1:34:24
When Master Fooster muffles his voice like he is underwater!! It is just chef's kiss good!! It is so much fun to watch!! Thank you so much for your hard work, Fine Sir. Keep up the good work!!
🌟👍🌟
Amazing game and even more amazing how you play it. At the start, when you went near the fridge, for a second I thouth you would ask if there's any food in it left XD
Still want to see you play "Still wakes the deep". Or are you too scared? ;) I know how much you like when the characters feel real and you can "connect" to them. You will enjoy it... no, YOU WILL LOVE IT
46:45 the panic in that wheezy laugh had me rolling cause I was there with you!!!! HAHAHAHA
Is this not a reupload. Or am I losing my mind...
That’s strange. I thought I’d seen this before too. The beginning in the forest, at least. So I chocked it up to dejavú.
I hope you had a great Christmas by me from Australia❤ and a happy new year 👍🍻
For all who like this style game, go check out the new game by the people who made Little Nightmares 1 & 2.
The game is called Reanimal
It’s not out yet though is it?
@@freddiemossberg7204 No, it's not out yet.
@@freddiemossberg7204 Not yet no
@ it looks amazing and I’m definitely getting it
1:00:54 🤣DUDE! Due to you breathing in and then holding your breath like you're diving down into the water is too funny!
Yeahhhh Fooster upload. Lets go! It doenst matter what game you play. I am here to enjoy you playing it!
This is one of my all time favorite Fooster videos for sure. Riveting gameplay! Truly a stunning game. I can't believe it came out almost 10 years ago!
Fooster, I absolutely love that you edit your voice to match the environment. It shows how much you care about our experience. Thank you for all the deduction you give to viewers! Please keep the outstanding content coming! I will watch everyone of them. And happy new year everyone!!!
Content is always top notch. But the most intriguing thing for me ever since is how you setup your thumbnails and titles. Made me want to binge your content. Your actually also another reason why I want to get a high end pc so that I can immerse myself in games in 1440p at least. Sorry had to glaze a little bit fam, you have a good one. Happy new year !!
I’ve never had you upload a video for a game I’ve already played but I have to say I’m quite tickled by it. Inside is such a blast! I’m usually taking your recommendations but watching this makes me want to play it again! Keep up the great videos, Fooster! ♥️♥️
Some of my favorite phrases:
- Super dead 21:53
- Oh. Bad dog. No. 45:54
- The gasp and then dead silence when you broke into the first super large chamber in the sub and the music changed and we all stared in awe at the visuals and the sound. 51:16
- Rrrk (the sound a butt cheek makes going down the window) 2:07:35
- He's just soup 2:22:21
Other people have mentioned this, but I agree. I’m reminded of both Metropolis (1927) and Dark City (1998).
And you are not smooth brained at all. You are far and away the most intelligent gamer that I follow. I love how you are always asking questions and trying to figure things out. You never just rush through games. Thank you for another wonderful several hours of entertainment. Also thank you for showing me that a game that I thought might be too scary for me actually isn’t (it is instead, gorgeous) and I should play it for myself.
OH MY GOD!!!! I am so excited to see you play this!!! This, Limbo, and Little Nightmares are some of my favorite games of all time!
These types of games give me chills
Watching being chased
With the most bizzare animations
Not to mention the somewhat complex puzzles to move forward
28:03 fooster tssss the rat got me dead😂😂😂
This is one of my favorite Indie games I've ever played... such a masterpiece
The creativity that went into this game...simple yet effective. And all without dialogue.
I am a gamer literally from the beginning with ATARI Pong. Still game daily. This is literally the best and most beautiful game I have ever seen and heard of. It was like a movie, thanks for making it known and playing it Fooster!
Fantastic gameplay and graphics. Those dogs! Artist portrayed their ferocity perfectly. Made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up 😂
Your train of thought is on a ziggy zaggy little track 😂
You were trying to figure out why that thing in the water helped you breathe and..."SQUIRREL!"
Youre so fun to listen to... dont ever change! ❤
Love the longer videos 😍
Keep up the great work as always Fooster. Hope you have a brilliant new year!
This has been my favorite game for years. One of the most beautifully done ambient (atmosphere & soundtrack) game I’ve ever played. I’m so happy so many more streamers are getting into it❤
nearly 3 hours of fooster. This will be amazing!
I forgot how intense this game was with it's chase sequences 😮
Welcome to the hive, Fooster. 🐝
I think, the most brilliant aspect of this game is the "everything is open for debate" status at the end of it.
You have witnessed yourself, that people care very much and have come up with all kinds of theories. It´s very fascinating from my perspective.
I have played the game a longer time ago and it was so cool revisiting it with your playthrough. Thanks for that experience, as always.
Limbo and Inside are two different experiences, so if you haven´t already, you should have a look at the second game. It´s worth it. Have fun! 👍
Almost 3 hours? YEAHHHH!!!!! Love it
12:12 the realization of what he must do. Oh Fooster, you innocent lovely person.
2:40:06 that straight up give me little nightmares 2 flashback and man, because of you fooster I'm obsessed with little nightmares theorys
I'm glad you tried Inside, I've played it and Limbo, and I figured with Little Nightmares and that Kong game this would eventually be on your channel. I didn't beat Limbo so I'm definitely going to watch your playthrough if you choose to play it. Anyway great video Fooster.
Omg!!! I haven't seen this game in years!!! Just brought back a ton of old memories! Hope you are having an awesome New Year Fooster!!
Can't believe I'm still watching this at 4:30 AM on New Year's Day! This is so amazing!!! 👍👍👍💯💯💯
I just recently played this game! I’m so excited to see you play Fooster!!❤
Fooster you need to check out the movie 47 meters down. It’s about being trapped underwater in a shark cage with limited oxygen. I believe your going to love it
I'd like to see more games like this one.. its really underrated imo. Just the visual style is so captivating.. ideas for narratives can be endless.
