That's not the point the point is she's been forgotten her entire life and that's true aswell, they've been focusing on sheldon more than her and now when Georgie had a baby the attention goes to him and his baby now its fair shes upset about this she had enough of being ignored and forgetting to pick her up reminded her of how much shes forgotten, plus she couldn't be there of the birth of her niece they had plenty of time to call her since mandy kept delaying to give birth cuz she was waiting for Georgie, but instead they had to fight over something pointless, missy had every right to be upset about this
Also, Missy is 13-14: when you’re a 13 year old girl, every incident seems like the end of the world. Even if Missy was forgotten that one time by accident, she’s at a phase in her life where she’s hurt enough for her her brain to tell her “YOU MUST NEVER FORGIVE YOUR DAD FOR THIS INSULT TO YOUR HUMANITY” I’ve been there, and let me tell you, being 13 is no fun even with a steady home life
