I'm using solidworks with an HSMworks add in. I'm curious is the post Processor you have created will work with hsmworks in solidworks? Hsmworks is the machining software used in Fusion360.
I glued the piece and then I took a benchtop power supply and ran 5 Amps through the glued joint, it did not budge. So then I made the EDM cut at 20A and there where no problems. The glue itself is non conducting, but apperently there is enough metal to metal contact. I did not try this for other metals yet. Aluminum might require removal of the oxide skin first just prior to gluing.
@@baxedm9806 Hello, good expirience for hobby, but without Z or UV axis you can't taper machining. 4example on my work 50-70% details need cone hole reworking - puanson/matrix. Operate Mitsubishi MV1200R (Cu wire) and chinse DK77 analog (Mo wire, cicle wirind as you). Crazy pain wire treading) See russians wire edm machines 1960-70 years - easy treading and tension regulation! Aluminium need reverse polar when wiring and fast degradation water and filters will be. Sorry for my English)

So the superglue conducts well enough that the heart is grounded to the workpiece when cutting in half?

You should have made the first side on a thicker piece and cut the side in a heart as well...Just saying...
