SAFETY ISSUE? I am willing to bet you this environmental playboy, is more likely to harm marine life in a wide open spread. If he's so concerned about manatees and dolphins, the last thing this pristine location needs is a middle-aged preppy on a fancy speedboat that probably costs more than a new Mustang. Love the Busch-league move where he almost loses control of the boat for the camera. Since Pat Rice is looking for struggling median income people (great project), maybe this guy could be featured as one of the haves as opposed to the many have nots... Go get 'em Pat!

The oysters bar is a natural formation how is it an environmental hazard?? You would be harming the environment by removing it. Its extremely important for filtering the water that runs in and out of the creek. Most skiffs have no problems navigating the channel you just have a giant pontoon boat. And manatees and dolphins dont seem to have any problem getting in and out manatees just wait for the tide to slow or turn. And theres certainly no problem for fish and the redfish in the area heavily rely on that oyster bar for food from the species that live on it.

So why now just go in between the other pylons?
