Thanks for sharing. I'm reading all kinds of horror stories about broken mounting bolts. I understand that being your own camera man, fasteners necessarily appear to come off magically, but some commentary regarding effort, tools and strategies for managing stubborn fasteners connections would be extra helpful. Finally, total time taken to perform the job is always something I like to know. (Because I'm inexperienced, I typically budget 3-4x amount of time.)

You don't have to remove the cover or the battery. Just the air box.
