Thank you ps...I did pair it successfully
Hey there! I'm not quite sure. I found that my balance on the ledger live app was recently higher than it should be which is strange. The transaction history doesn't add up to the displayed balance, so I think it's a bug with the user interface and syncing. I was reading on the ledger help docs that I may need to disconnect / re-pair the device again which will be a pain.

I'll let you know if I end up doing that and if it corrects the balance. Not sure if this would help your issue either. Good luck and thanks for watching!
How do I connect it to MetaMask
I'm not a MetaMask user, but I found this article from Ledger's official site: www.ledger.com/academy/security/the-safest-way-to-use-metamask
Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
I downloaded the app to my android. Now it says to update the app .. which goes only with the USB cable.. how do I do that? I obviously can’t stick the USB end to my phone.. what now? Do I have to buy a different cable? I am a bit confused why Ledger didn’t think about such issue.. or maybe I am missing something? 😅 thanks
Hey there - Sorry to hear! I don't have an android device so I'm not 100% sure. I have heard that this is the challenge when it comes to updating the nano's firmware and you may need to do so by using a desktop and the ledger live app. Check out ledger's FAQs and videos, they usually have some good resources there.
Thanks for watching!
Can you transfer
Is it safe to use ledger live on an iPhone? Should you do a factory reset or virus scan before? What was your process?
I believe it is safe. The process takes place securely over bluetooth and I did not personally do any additional precautions.
Thanks for watching! 🙌
Can you include the whole process in the video instead of saying “setup like mine was”? Video is more confusing than helping.
Sorry to hear you're confused. I link to another video in the first minute of this one where I talk about setting up a ledger for the first time: ua-cam.com/video/upEu5LzmctY/v-deo.html
Here's the full video:

Mate your video is of little help to iOS users. How do you transfer your crypto to the cold wallet . Simple question for an expert, you are an expert are you not , you are giving instructions . How do you manage your crypto on the nano x using and iOS devise? Answer please
Hey George, this video is for connecting your ledger nano x to their ledger live iOS app.
Here’s a video of mine about sending crypto from Coinbase to the Ledger Nano X and seeing it in your iOS app.

No, I’m not an expert. I literally say “brand new to this” in the first few seconds of my video. Hoping me walking through my experience helps others.
Thanks for watching.
Ledger sucks big time!!! all kind of connecting issues.
