I had a similar glitch, when I was doing the saving anne quest I was able to go through the portal to Pandora but when I got on the other side the soul riders weren’t there. So I had to send them a couple emails and a week later they fixed it, finally anyway
Well, as someone who plays on mobile, I was able to finish this quest without going on pc. To do this you have to jump and tap at the same time. It is frame perfect though
I've found another bug ^w^ in the setting menu, on "game", all of the sliders have the info card "controls the sensitivity of camera movements", even the Field of View and horse camera and player camera sliders :) I'm not sure if it *is* a bug, but I just wanted to let you know hehe

I have the same problem with the whole Hugh's rescue ranch thing. After I finish it, I can't move :(
