Appreciated mate you've been doing that to teams all season at home mate. May not be the best football, but it can't be a fluke if you're picking up 3 points. It's a game with 2 great teams that deserved a Saturday. 2 out 3 games priestfields now on a cold Tuesday night.

Disappointing to lose it at the death, inconsistency has always been an issue which will more than likely keep them out of the play-offs.

Think need be realistic as well. Expectation has arisen since s decent start to the season we are still mid table ish which is where a majority of us would have predicted. Its ashame as we keep getting ourselves into such great positions.

Gills fan here, enjoyed this, and especially the very balanced and honest assessment. Much of what you say applies to Gillingham as well, especially with regards to inconsistency. You do seem to have a decent striker in Al Hamadi, on another night he might have had a brace; the shot that hit the post could easily have gone in. Both sides look mid-table, but let’s hope at least one of them can manage an end of season run that sees them hit the playoffs in form. It’s often a team in that situation that ends up getting promoted. I live much nearer Wimbledon than Gillingham so always take an interest in their results. Best of luck for the rest of the season.

Yeah it's so frustrating such a great game between 2 top clubs but it always get stuck on a freezing cold Tuesday night 2 times in last 3 seasons thinks it takes something out the game personally. Do you think getting rid of Harris was the right thing to do?
You've been soccer punching teams at home 1 nil all season. So it's definitely not a coincidence the score. We hold a solid shape never really outplayed in any game but going forward we are young and still learning so it will be hit and miss.

@@donsvlogs2023 Getting rid of Harris was unexpected I thought, especially after the start to the season we had. I did feel he wasn’t getting the best out of this group of players and it will be interesting to see what a new coach can get out of them as time passes. It’s an interesting appointment and better in my opinion than signing up the usual experienced manager who’s done the rounds and fallen down the divisions! I must get to Plough Lane since I live near Epsom!

Agreed ultimately in them tight games where wasn't much quality on show if you don't finish your chances always susceptible to the soccer punch and hit us, but we had a warning before that.
