And it's a cruel world I think since Sherlock is a highly functoning sociopath he doesn't care about humans like normal people do, he's more into the riddles than saving people. But he is still emotional and more empathic than he would admit. He can feel his sister's struggle with living, socialising, integrating so he can relate to her. I believe there's a lot of sympathy going on between those two despite the fact she killed all these peolpe, especially his childhood best friend. They're siblings after all.

Doobs I'm sure u can play the majority of it alone but I noticed that the 2 violins that were playing overlapped sometimes. I also heard a piano at some point? and maybe a cello
the songs starts so sadly that breaks my heart but it continues amazingly and suddenly becomes adventrous (am I typing it right?) and then cheerful and makes you smile and in the end its so romantic.... to me it is somehow Sherlock's life story how he lost his best friend and his sister and everyone called him a freak at school and university but then he became a detective and met john and made friends and life cheerfully continued... in the end he fell in love with Irene Adler and maybe Molly and he finally made peace with his sister.... and by the end of the song you kinda get the feeling that the song continues which is again like sherlock's story which has not finished and there are more stories to come.... I mean he is still alive This song is who he really is and/or how he really feels

The violin duet is amazing but it cuts off way too soon and gets "ruined" by the ending's soundtrack (which is awesome too nevertheless)... Wish they made a long version of the duet!
I think the ending soundtrack was a metaphor on how, despite he remnants of broken memories and bonds, life goes on as normal (as it could get) and their duet becomes a regular meeting

I had seen everything up to season 4 as it came out but i only just finally got around to watching it. And hearing their duet turn into the theme song honestly made me cry lol its so pretty
I can't explain the perfection of this. "Sherlock" is what everybody should watch just to find out how a serial can cause all feelings which human can feel. This story always stays in the heart and soul and if you'll hear the soundtrack of "Sherlock" in years you'll start crying... A masterpiece💜
