Container handling growth at VOC Port

The Port has handled 1.32 Lakh TEUs of containers upto May 2024 of this FY, scaling a growth of 3.73%, when compared to 1.27 Lakh TEUs handled during the same period of last FY.
Congestion free last mile road connectivity, efficient gate management, faster IGST refund for Exporters and presence of Container Freight Stations at the vicinity of the Port makes VOC Port the preferred Port for handling containers
