Hi Andrew!!😀😀 I'll take a stab at the changes. Heavier side door. Deflector on top of the wedge. Cat engine. Shorter discharge convayer. Not sure if I'm right but that's what I see. Take care my friend!!😀😀💚💚 Logger Al
1-extended live deck, looks maybe 4ft longer from feed trough to the outer edge with the dual support legs now,2: the aux hydraulic lines on the end of attached conveyor. 3: hard to say for sure but it looks maybe a little shorter overall, 4 possible additional 4 corner jacks, id have to walk around with you again to make sure, and though I likely will watch most of your videos again, that's just what looks different from a glance. Might only be from watching other processors thst the in feed chain looks more aggressive, like the teeth are way closer together, but that's definitely going to keep it from tipping logs up on the last cut. The 16 way redirect topper is nice, i really liked the 16way box in your testing video. There's no 1 size wedge but that's a 90% pretty good design, hopefully CAT keeps your orders in line and keeps them running with replacement parts available in a reasonable amount of time if needed. Always a good time watching the products run.
Looked awesome as always👍👍👍. Let’s see Discharge door. Not sure what’s it’s called but the spitter and wood collection for the conveyor. log deck looks longer. shorter conveyor Guys keep up the great work and innovation !
1-Hydraulic to rotate cut piece to line it up for 16 way 2-Hydraulic dump tray to clear the odd sized pieces out of the splitter 3-Hydraulic log stop for different length cut pieces 4- Hydraulic tray that holds log as it is being cut, then dumps into position to be split plus your new 115hp Cat engine
#1 is the split wood anti flip back gaurd. #2 is possibly the new feed chain grips. #3 is the Cat engine very great choice alot of the smaller cats are Perkins now owned by cat. #4 the wings directing the high splits from the new big wedge to the out feed Conyeor.
This is nice no doubt but when is it going to be automated so the operator can be doing other things like changing bins, loading logs clearing tout under the sifter not sitting inside pushing buttons. Cat engines sound nice until you realize that yellow paint has gold in it.
Really bummed to hear you went with CAT they are absolutely horrible in my area. And even worse when it comes to forestry equipment what a joke they are.
Always love to hear 👂 your voice and to listen to your thoughts and advice 😮😊❤
Saw this machine running on Monday, before this video is made, it’s a damn impressive outfit
Morning Andrew. Some impressive shots and editing there :)) Someone is getting their Christmas present early. Cheers!
1) new editing style of video (love it)
2)infeed chains
3)engine
4)wedge design

Truly amazing. Just Christened my 12-22 this past Saturday. I love it! Just posted my first video of it. Many more to come. Thanks for everything!
One option oughta be racing slicks on there, thats a fast s.o.b!
What an impressive processor! I really like the cat engine addition!
Great machine well done Andrew

New engine, top deflector on 16 way wedge, different ramps for the outfeed of splitter to conveyor, smaller drums to spin the logs.
Good call on switching to CAT 🐱 Kubotas are great too.
Looked awesome as always👍👍👍. Let’s see
Discharge door. Not sure what’s it’s called but the spitter and wood collection for the conveyor. log deck looks longer. shorter conveyor
Guys keep up the great work and innovation !
Absolutely beautiful machine Andrew, Well done.
Nice splitter. I would have no idea on the upgrades, but good to see you went with Cat engines 👍🏻
hi there nice looking machine john
Beast Mode!
#1 Engine, #2 Log stop is repositioned and redesigned, #3 Deflectors or wings on wedge, #4 log rolling motor moved inboard of the reject door.
New improvements. work light shining on conveyor, new motor, new wedge design, shorter conveyor option.
Have you ever thought of adding a sensor that could indicate the size of the block being split and raise or lower the wedge to the optimal height?
We are working on it now
1-Hydraulic to rotate cut piece to line it up for 16 way 2-Hydraulic dump tray to clear the odd sized pieces out of the splitter 3-Hydraulic log stop for different length cut pieces 4- Hydraulic tray that holds log as it is being cut, then dumps into position to be split plus your new 115hp Cat engine

Shoulda went with Cummings!!
Something with the rollers is different
Extended live deck
Small attached conveyor-raised sides single lift
Cat power unit
shield on the wedge Air conditioner the cat engine and the shorter conveyor
Saw is fast, splitter is FIERCE!
If I road my motorcycle all the way from California to you guys, would you let me run a 60C for an hour or so?
Next summer of course.
Lol well if you want to
This is nice no doubt but when is it going to be automated so the operator can be doing other things like changing bins, loading logs clearing tout under the sifter not sitting inside pushing buttons.
Cat engines sound nice until you realize that yellow paint has gold in it.
The deck is bigger more legs junk door is shorter side by wedge different and motor different
Do you take trade ins??.. i have a Multitek LCDS 2025 and a bells 4000 id like to trade for the 60c
Talk to marc. We may be able to work something out
Will the 40c new engine be CAT Andrew?
Its going to be a deutz. Cat cant get us a steady supply of engine for 3 or 4 months. Deutz are in stock
My multitek will eat that for lunch
Ray charles is that really you? 😃
I foresee the day when an electronic eye and maybe AI set the height of the wedge.
Its not far away
