Thanks MV, is this for only 1 character per account? I acquired the chest for one character ... then tried on another and the mission to talk to Sarah wont activate and the vendor wont appear.
You have to reach level 30 first Once you reach level 30... you are at max level.... but then you need to increase your CR Combat Rating. You increase your CR by getting better gear. If you are not sure which gear to purchase.... go see Tempus Fuginaut in the House of Legends..... he will sell you the gear you need. Who's you favorite character?? I stopped playing Dcuo in 2016. When I started hitting other players with 27k damage literally after the words FIGHT. I felt the Devs went overboard. I’ll always have love for my first MMORPG
@@DCUOMultiverseIt made clipping pretty much obsolete and that was something you had to master. That new system put everyone on the same platform regardless of skill level

You need the proper Combat Rating. And in some cases for the DLC vendors... there are missions you must complete where you play a solo.... alert.... raid..... before you can access the vendor.

You need CR 385.
Once you have the style with one chracter... You can get the style using replay badges too.

Overboard?? gear stats goes up over time... and so does damage.
