exhale through your nose when you roll underwater! as for the ears, I'm pretty sure there are earplugs you can buy, and you can wear them underneath your bathing cap for a kind of double protection!

For a book recommendation I can't reccomend "The invention of nature by Andrea Wulf" enough! It's about Alexander Humboldts travels, revolutionary ideas and how nature is an interconnected force. I really think you'd enjoy and learn a lot from it!

You can use silicone gel for your noise or swim with a goggles I use to free dive to sixty feet I put silicone gel in my ears but the eye pressure was too much.❤️
When rolling in the water you can try breathing out through your nose. Works quite well to stop getting water in :)
yep! hell, even when you're swimming in general it's typically better to blow bubbles out of your nose rather than mouth (exhale underwater by nose, inhale above water by mouth)

you can get little clips that go on your nose for when you go underwater!! no idea what they're called though sorry 😮
you really should wait until your eyes are stable for a few years before having them lasered.
If you continuously blow out air out of your nose when you do a front roll it'll stop water coming in up your nose!!

Holly, when you get your Laser Eye surgery, would it mean that you will have 20/20 vision again and you no longer need to wear glasses nor contact lenses?
It depends, they do tests to see if you fit for the surgery, and even if you fit sometimes you can’t get 20/20 vision, you just get better vision. I had my lasik surgery in february last year , my vision was 20/100,after surgery its 20/20, the best decision in my life.

Yeah, you would, so it’s not advised for people who are experiencing big changes or have just experienced a big prescription change!
Re swimming, I exhale as I tumble
You blow air out of your nose when doing a forward roll in the water!

Before you go through with laser eye surgery, I highly recommend that you thoroughly research the serious side effects which are vastly underreported. Jessica Starr was a popular Weathergirl/Meteorologist in Michigan who had the procedure done in 2018, and unfortunately, suffered a tragic end. You can do a search of her name and read her story.
