- MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Fire Emblem: Three Houses piano album has been submitted for distribution and going live any day now, though realistically I think it'll be online in January, given the holidays and all! Fourteen tracks in all and I'm really excited to share it with you guys!
Thank you all so much for following me on this project. I can't believe I've been at this since August, and all your encouraging words and kind comments and enthusiasm have really meant the world to me. I still have a very long ways to go in piano arranging and this was such a fun and inspiring learning experience for me, one I hope will aid me for future projects and ongoing ones, such as Final Fantasy Tactics WHICH I AM 10000% READY TO DIVE BACK INTO!!
As I said before I'm not quite done with Three Houses yet, I'm working on a big collab arrangement of Apex to the World which will involve a lot of instruments, and two more FE3H videos to upload, but I will be easing off a bit to return to other things I was working on before Three Houses hit me like a frigging truck. Thank you so much again for following me, and happy holidays!
Also--if this thing is hardcore vibing Kingdom Hearts to you, that was intentional lol. Half of Xion's Theme is just blatantly stated in the original as a countermelody and i just had to run with it lmao.

If the Song of Healing reference is intentional on the composer's part that's super cool though. A gentle lullaby about the healing power of time that gets reappropriated to underscore an oppressive and unsettling presence? hmm.

I just got Three Houses a week or two ago and just discovered your piano covers- these are phenomenal. Xion's theme is also one of my all time most emotional pieces of music. Throwing it in this was a great idea, I love this so much.

Thanks for arranging this. This is my favorite song in the entire game. The moment where you have to choose a house, suspecting/knowing what lies ahead, watching each of my student's portraits and taking a long time to decide was one of the most fun and intense moments I've had while playing it...
That moment of excitement, fear and sadness all mixed in will be with me for a very long time, hopefully.

@@purpleschala I went with Blue Lions as well because Dimitri seemed interesting (and also Ingrid ofc) but eventually I regretted it and wished I had gone Golden Deer. I love all of them but Lysithea backstory broke my heart lol

This theme was probably one of my favorites because it’s just so calming, and I think you arranged this amazingly too! It keeps the calmness but also just the slightest dark undertone at times, I love it!

Although, I'm not the best at arranging things myself LMAO so I could only get the melody down on my own but without any accompaniment it felt so flat. To see that someone is finally playing it is so nice to hear!!! Do you have sheet music at all? I know that you're probably super busy already so no pressure, but I have an event coming up and I thought that if I could learn this song by then I could perform it there. TBH I will be sad to see the FE3H content ending, but this has been such an awesome time, for me. There are so few quality covers of Fire Emblem music on this here platform and I think this fall/winter has cemented your position at the top of the list imo. Tbh, thank you for doing this song. I always liked it, but didn't realize how beautiful this track truly was. It's so serene and just methodical but also not. I'm just counting the time until we get to the release date. So hype for Apex of the World and I'm crossing my fingers for God Shattering Star but I know that one is insane to figure out.

The harmony and chord structure are great, another masterful arrangement! I don't know why but it reminds me a lot Kingdom Hearts music, especially Simple and Clean or The 13th Side (is it in the same key signature? I'm not sure...)

Lol if someone told me they weren’t inspired by Yoko Shimomura, I’d call them liars! I heard bits of Xion’s Theme, Treasured Memories(World Orchestra Version), and Mt. Gagazet! If I’m not mistaken, this is the first KIngdom Hearts esque music you’ve recorded.
