Electro mechanical war-horns that sound like drills and machinery do sound ace.
I'm sure others have said that the Darktide OST is amazing also.
Personally I'd recommend the Tracks: Disposal Unit (Imperium mix), Immortal Empire, Mobean VI and The Carnival.

If you look up images of the Adaptus Mechanicus, you see images of figures in dark red robes, wielding archaic guns that crackle with unknown energies, and empty blank eyes that glow with purpose. the air is filled with incence, and the hums of electrified prayer fill the air. These are the warriors of Mars, the Skittarii, the endless legions of the mechanicus
