- Well, well, well! Looks like I've gone and bought myself a load of new goodies for the Dio. These parts (especially the variator) should make a nice change to the way it rides!
That said, I'm still in recovery from the ridiculous price of the fuel filter. At 18usd, it had better have some damn magical filtering powers.

Hello! The stock rear pulley is good for the 92mm variator? And what is the ideal belt size for this variator? Nice video, thanks!

I just want to ask.. where did you put the engine oil.
Currently I am using a premix of fuel and 2T oil. This means that I am mixing fuel and oil in a 5L can to the desired ratio and filling the fuel tank with the premix solution. I have also removed the oil tank and pump.
The mix that I'm using is 32/1 which is 32 parts fuel to 1 part oil. Approximately 156ml of 2T oil to 5L of fuel.
This is better for more high powered builds as the OEM oil delivery system may not be able to deliver enough oil to keep the engine lubricated enough.
If you have a mostly stock build then this will not be necessary but for more aggressive builds, premix is a must.

What is the name of your air filter?
It doesnt have a particular name. Just an unbranded air filter that I bought in a local scooter parts shop.

What is the size of belt??
The belt size is 659 - 16.5 - 30. With the CVT setup I have it seems to fit really nicely. Nice and tight and almost right at the top of the rear pulley.
Your perfect belt size will be dependant on your setup.
