Volatile Dead seems smoother than other trigger skills. dont mind the flask. I put whatever i can fit in to cap ele resist.

ya.. speed and for defense and other fun stuff. it wont increase dps since CF is DoT. Mageblood is better in my opinion.

what is the best way to craft that staff?

im not sure efficient method. but i just bought the fracture base and reforge phys harvest until i get phys mult. then i yolo exalt which got me +phys gem. +gems is nice but DoT mult and high inc minion damage should be sufficient unless u wan min maxing.
