Those wildfires are truly tragic - for many residents ... and not good for you to be breathing that air for any extended period.
Hundreds of years ago, native Americans used controlled burns to manage wildfires getting out of control; sadly, those practices are NOT utilized, these days. Same goes for California etc.
The areas surrounding Jasper are among my FAVORITE memories. There are some 400 cabins for rent in the Jasper area. Above Jasper there are a couple of small lakes worth seeing. Driving around one of those lakes (Pyramid lake?) one Sunday morning, coming around the corner we saw a lynx (more rare than seeing Grizzly bears ... which I, also, saw near Jasper). There's a nice lodge up at Pyramid lake in which I stayed; the sunrise over the lake and surrounding mountains was absolutely "never forget". There are especially nice cabins along the turquoise river just north of Jasper, too. The road northeast from Jasper (toward Hinton?) offers terrific scenery and wildlife, as well.
I took my folks on the most scenic "train triangle" ride (Vancouver - Jasper - Calgary and back) where you can get off the train, as desired; then, hop back on the train the next day ... or whenever you like. The train would stop in the middle of nowhere (no train station) for locals to hop on ... and go shopping etc. Great fun! ... and did I say S C E N I C ??? Maybe something SUPER nice to do with your folks on their next visit?
If smoke is ruining the experience, Jasper might be remembered as "gotta come back" ... maybe next year?
The Fraser River is a mighty river. Even with the smoke Kseniia it has not dampened your enthusiasm for riding and camping. And even with the smoke the mountains look impressive. Safe Riding Kseniia and keep those videos coming.

The fires were terrible this year. They ruined many people's travel plans. What was the name of the campground you arrived at toward the end of the video?
Lucerne campground! Just outside of Jasper.
