I will say that the finer grind works better for me also. Just the basic drip grind and to my surprise I purchased 8 o'clock brand coffee (which I do not like but purchased because an 11 ounce bag was $4.50) so I did an experiment with their Colombian medium roast steeped for 16 hours at a ratio of one part coffee to five parts water and it tasted awesome. I never would have expected these results I typically purchase my beans from a local roaster that gets excellent beans from all over the world but you just never know sometimes you can buy something that's inexpensive have a great experience like I did. Thanks for the video I think I'll try to do a gallon glass vessel as well I have one in my garage I'll just have to clean it out really well.
