- In this video I show what steps to take to change the blind in a 2008 Volvo C30 , I believe these steps are the same for all volvos of this generation.

I can't see exactly where to remove the screws - could you maybe show a different pic or explain where exactly to find them?

Yeah, kinda important to SHOW THAT !!
Screws under each side of the center console armrest lid. Open the armrest by lifting it fully up. The screws are at the back on either side of the armrest hinge. Then lever the metal trim from back to front on either side releasing the locks half way down each side. Last locks are close to the 12V/lighter socket. Disconnect the 12V from the socket and leave it in the trim/console piece for now. Lift out the metal trim which brings the entire sliding tracks out. Turn the trim over, five screws on the underside and the sliding tracks separate from the trim. Take out the broken cover. Take out the 12V connector from the console. Insert the new cover in the trim and reconnect the !2V into the socket before re-aligning the trim and console back in place. Then reverse all steps. 15-20 minute job. Torx 20 and a prying tool needed.
Where can i find the same cupholder that you have? I have volvo S40 (2010) and it has just an empty space where the cupholders would be and i can only find cupholders for the older S40 that are little bit different and they dont fit.

I recently bought a C30.
The roller cover is very stiff and doesn't slide back and forth easily.
Did you have to lubricate the sliders? Did the new cover slide freely as soon as you installed it?
