In the earlier seasons it felt like it was used less, which made it more meaningfull, but here it just feels like "wOAh ThaT CaRE SuRe iS FastA WOWOEOWOWOW" and then they spin out a minute later. The over-use of the effect kills it in my opinion
Not to mention the absurdity of the project d team thinking their opponent is "fast" when they use irl hacks to teleport further ahead of them. It just feels like a cheap effect at this point, which lost its meaning.
