So the plaintiff tried to steal his siblings and hired a lawyer to do so. Agreed to pay the lawyer for his services and decided 2 years later that he should've steal the lawyer too. Wow, what a tool
Probably because a lot of the money that he WOULD HAVE received from the estate was eaten up in attorney's fees from the sister having to go to court so now he's out of the house anyway with probably very little money and he needs more 😂

Pretty wild. Father dies, they have to Marshall the assets but he refuses to move out. What a bad relationship he must have with his siblings. They must have known they couldn't invite him to stay until he finds a place for 1-2 months because he would never leave, even with a % of the sold assets. So he just... costs the family more and the house, etc. gets reduced thanks to the legal fees. Never mind the members that didn't care as much as they cared that their father had passed away. People really suck.
Seems the Plaintiff Randall Plut should be named Randall Putz. He appears to be a free loader that was more than willing to screw over his own siblings. Seems they should each sue the Plaintiff for the attorney’s fees they were charged to get him out of his father’s house.
