Lmao poor Lottie. Watching from the POV of her and Cornwood talking on the road and then being blind sided by her car was hysterical. Watching from both POVs it was comical to know that Spaceboy gives her back her crowbar the moment she starts crying about it. And then 15 minutes later, spaceboy comes to the realization that he’s still in this poor girls car and tries to call her up on the yellow pages. While that’s happening, she’s doing the exact fucking thing and having zero luck. The entire thing was pure unadulterated comedy. And to top it off she’s been terrified of committing a felony and getting caught, which if you’re a criminal is kinda dumb. REMEMBER KIDS, DONT GIVE YOUR KEYS TO A JAMES RANDAL. He might just steal your car and commit crime.
25:36 u have to be able to prove they had knowledge of what the person was gonna use the car for if they just loan it out without asking questions that’s not accessory
The real life NYS Penal Law equivalent is Criminal Facilitation, and in my department i work for, we have charged people for it. I probably would have Mirandized her before those pointed questions, but that's just me. Case law in NY states that ignorance of what the offender may or may not be doing isn't necessarily a valid defense against the crime of Criminal Facilitation.
@@bigdrew565but it’s not the persons fault either way if they had no idea that it was going to be used in a crime. Ignorance should absolutely be used as a defence, because there’s nothing they did wrong. People give their cars to their friends all the time
@captainpep3 When crims keep getting caught in the same person's vehicle, I don't know of a single person that I work with that wouldn't have asked the same questions. Of course, we're trying to apply real-life to a fictional scenario. 😆
I think Cornwood was being heavy handed to make a point. Don't just give your keys out to people because there's a large possibility that in LS, they're doing crime, and it's on you to prove that you did not realize the car was being used for crime. So to mitigate the "he said/she said" in the future he will just charge her if she continues to hand her keys to anyone with feigned interest. Also sounds like he had suspicion that her car has been used for crime in the past
That's literally the definition of accessory to a crim~ cuts to James putting the car back into the police department drive thru EDIT: THX for 💯❗ Likes
That's why I can never play rp to many try hards who cant cut it in the real world so they gotta play irl in game 😅, I'm talking about the fat guy with long black hair
Thats literally not the definition of accessory to a crime. An accessory is someone who KNOWINGLY helps you commit a crime or KNOWINGLY push cops the wrong way via lying, etc. If you give your friend your car, and then he goes and robs a store is it your fault? No, because you didnt know he was going to rob a store. Cant comit a crime without knowing, its literally "Mens rea" knowing its a crime. Mens rea comes up most with trespassing.
[Haven't watched this yet] but I find the ones that are multi pov are the most fucking chaotic and some how semi most normal just really violent I guess
Tha girl in green who absolutely rocked on James, sounds alot like Juniper when she's doing the voice of Tommy in their hardcore 'Lost Mines of Phandelver' sessions. But now knowing that large creators occasionally join NoPixels, I wouldn't be surprised if it is Juni.

Esfand needs a break honestly, he plays the game way too much and ends up taking everything too literally/seriously even if it's a pure SBS thing.I like him, Cornwood is a funny character and all but last couple days he is acting real weird IMO.
Ah yes the good old corrupt police of NP... At least some of them seem to be trying to be better recently, though I kind of find Cornwood funny since he just always wants to use excessive force and tries to literally involve anyone nearby in the crime this time. Cops should be fun like cornwood, but less... Corrupt and violent... more serious and understanding like the ones James randomly met and yelled at during the traffic stop.
The year Dune was written eh? It was originally released as a book in 1965 and was serialized as early as 1963... James is currently 101 (or 106 since it was supposedly a 5 year time skip to the future year of 2028 and now 2029 in NP 4.0) so he is definetly older than she said.
That's not what an accessory to a crime is. If you let your buddy borrow your golf clubs and he goes and beats someone to death with one of them, are you an accessory to murder? No. The same goes for a frying pan. Those aren't specific for any reason. I don't own golf clubs or a frying pan. Not anymore.
Never underestimate James ability to fit a car into a building
"HOW DOES SPACEBOY..." summarizes a lot of these streams lol

I mean, she might just be playing a civ character, not a crim, but will def check out her perspective.
Link to her pov?
Thats what im looking for as well but i cant find it in her recent stream vods@@lb0433
