The only issue I ever have with RP is the legal system. I know there is no real repercussions but everytime its the cops being judge, jury and executioner based off hearsay.
At least it's realistic.

The rule for police force is plus 1 to the force that is being used by James, since they counted James throwing off the officers as attempted murder, so I think guns are allowed(?) but it was Cornelius shooting and he’s pretty famous for using guns. But them shooting osvaldo was nonsensical.
They were given the order to shoot by a superior officer, but the officers on the roof never communicated that there was civilians or hostages on the scene, so as soon as Cornwood saw someone other than an officer on the roof he opened fire.
Yea james throwing the officers off the roof was considered attempted murder, osvaldo was shot because they didn't specify there were more people other than james on the roof so cornwood took the shot thinking it was james.
