Science that Delivers On Farm - Increasing Production Efficiency

AgriSearch joined forces with the Ulster Farmers’ Union and AFBI to deliver a series of webinars that focus on the application of research to common farming situations.
The five webinars are specifically tailored for farmers and focused on solutions which create a win win for the farm’s productivity and profitability as well as its environmental footprint.
The first webinar was on "Increasing Production Efficiency" and was held on Tuesday 26th October. The speakers were Prof. Elizabeth Magowan, Dr Gillian Scoley and Dr Frances Titterington from AFBI, Jason Rankin from AgriSearch along with three farmers: Frank Turley, James Henderson and Hugh Harbison.
The webinar was Chaired by UFU President David Brown.
