For the mayonnaise you will need:
-2 egg yolks
-1.5 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
-1/2 cup of vegetable oil
-1/2 cup of olive oil
-the juice of 1/2 lemon
-a couple pinches of kosher salt
For the boiled eggs just make sure to bring your eggs to room temperature before dropping them in the boiling water. For the rest just listen to your body.
