Arrma is smart they see what people are doing with their stuff & come out with similar stuff a wise business decision. I wish Traxxas would do the same but Arrma for life. How's the Mojave 6s coming along?

I was proud of my grom builds knowing since they were only megas that a brushless version was coming and man did they do right with the blx version. I wonder why they didn’t do a granite. Maybe a bigrock grom blx is in the makes. Would make sense since it would be this same chassis.

@@angkorpeck ya I’m a Flat grown off road basher. Not really into jumps. THIS TYPHON GROWN LOOKS AWESOME. ITS BULIT VERY VERY TOUGH LIKE IT SAYS. I LOVED THE BIG TYPHON.
12:59 I noticed it doesn't sound smooth almost like the mesh is too tight. I have a red one also and it's loud like that and it really annoys me, my brushed Granite is quiet and smooth. I filled the diffs with 5000 wt and still noisey, i've been in the rc game long enough to know when the gear mesh is too tight it's loud. I have some motor mounts on the way , something tells me those plastic motors mounts can are off.
Could be the mod size and how quickly the motor is turning making it sound off. I know my castle setup, furitek setup, king val and now the arrma brushless setup in my groms all sound different. Of course im using different size pinions but im using diff sized plastic motor mounts as well.
Hey man i gotta know what is you diff fluid set up for offroad bashing and onroad for the brushless setups. I have a furitek system in one and just picked up the blx silver grom today. I really want to get them dialed to where i dont blow up the diffs anymore between maintenance. Love the videos, man
Thx man. Honestly , i have not done any maintenance to the diffs. I just upgraded to the metal diffs and let them fly. Just be easy on the punching from a dead stop, you can strip the plastic hubs and lose your axles.
SO I GOT THE monster truck grom BUMPER FRONT AND BACK FOR MY TYPHON GROM BLX. BUT IT DID COME WITH THE CIRCLE PART THAT GOES IN BETWEEN THE FRONT BUMPER. I saw it on Amazon so I’ll get one.
@@ironj100yeah I tried putting just the front bumper on my BLX Typhon with just the bumper slide on the 2 pins and the 4 underscrews and there’s not enough support. When you go over 35 the front wheels shake real bad. I had to switch back until I can brace it.
Mini maxx competition isnt arrma, its rlaarlo and all those amazon 1/14 scale trucks. And arrma comp isnt traxxas ist rlaarlo lmao. These new companies pushing the envelope making arrma and traxxas step up ! Give us more for less.
Not even close. Mini max is only 2s. What suck is they just raised the price by 20$sitting at 270 now. I’m sure everyone that is getting it will want to upgrade to 3s and get the upgraded center diff aswell so 420 for it

@@MrMeDos I got my motor mounts and used the 22t mount with the 21 pinion. Now it sounds like a proper gear mesh. Give it a try if you havent.
