This is wonderful healing! This was both refreshing and revitalizing at the same time. I should do more Reiki on my channel (I'm level 2). I've subb'd and look forward to watching future videos. Noise in the background
yes, some people like it some don't. If you check out other videos on my channel, if you see me in a room with blue walls, the white noise will be much softer!

I definitely get ASMR from 2 videos I've watched so far.... I often wonder if just genuinely getting that ASMR feeling itself is healing... even though the video is intended for relaxation only... to get those tingles.... So weird to me that so many don't experience ASMR at all while others do.
Yes! I find the whole phenomenon fascinating! The hand motions themselves are not necessary for Reiki transmission. The reason I do them is for the added relaxation that some experience through the ASMR tingles of hand movements.
And yes, deep healing comes most easily when one is deeply relaxed so they go hand-in-hand
