It takes practice to focus on relaxing and mindful releasing…It doesn’t help her because she is in a state of holding onto the pain and her hyper vigilance focusing on the fibromyalgia discomfort…Practice relaxation and focus on breathing and releasing stress not attaching and staying focused on the pain…I’ve had fibromyalgia since the 80s…Do it consistently for one month with no judgments or expectations…The brain takes time to form new neural pathways, stick with it…Trust and rest in the process…💗

I felt a free flowing peace so beautiful and I remained open to the flow…One feeling of fear emerged from my stomach area…I didn’t resist it and felt it while staying fully open and present to the peaceful flow of energy connecting me to my higher source which is God…As the fear released, I felt it actually exit my stomach as the peaceful flow of beautiful energy continued to flow steady and strong…💗 Thank you!
