Yeah, I like the effect, but the subject is all blurred, especially on the eyes. You have to select the subject before applying a blur filter or mask afterwards.
childish sadbino Also if you want that blur effect I suggest using Snapseed. Just import the picture and pick Glamour Glow (1) and put it to around 65 or your choice.

Theirs got to be a easier way to do this effect on the iPhone Their has to be an iPhone app that can do this
Pixlr. Use the filters but lower the levels of them so that they aren't so brightly colored
u can use vsco. use the filter hb2, brightness +2, contrast +3, fade +7, grain +7, skin tone +3, blue highlight tint +3
