However there are questions . a) After kneading the dough for 15 minutes, what is the resting time before we make the balls? b) I have added marjerin while kneading the dough but thats a mistake I guess after watching your video because after pan-fry it becomes flaky and hard. please clarify. c) is 280ml good for all flour brand in Malaysia or anything specific brand that we need to use 280 ml of water? Appreciate your advise.
