Does anyone know the origins of this chant and melody at all? Can they be traced to a specific era or individual? It wraps you up in comfort. Thank you!

He is credited with lyrics. The Melody came through me one day, so I am credited with the melody, even though I did not “write” it. I wrote it down snd recorded it first tho! Lol!!!
