In this video, I will share everything you need to know about Rice water for hair growth.
Rice 🍚 is a gem for your hair. This super grain is everything your hair is looking for.
Rice requires standing water for its growth and development. With that much of water as the growing need it’s sufficient to provide the lost moisture to our skin and hair. The hair and skin needs pampering every here and then. Unlike skin we cannot wash hair everyday but we can surely workout few nutritive ways to lock those good nutrients for our hair.
Rice water is a zero effort remedy for:-
1. Dry hair
2. Damaged hair
3. Dull hair
4. Growth resistant hair
5. Split ends prone hair
6. Oily scalp and lengths
7. Lifeless hair

चावल का पानी आपके बालों के लिए बहुत ही लाभ दायक है। इस विडीओ में मैंने कोशिश की है की मैं आपको चावल के पानी को किस किस तरह से इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। सबके आम तरीक़े से लेके थोड़ी मेहनत वाले तरीक़े तक मैंने सब कुछ यहाँ बताया है।
चावल का पानी बनाने के ३ तरीक़े हैं:-
1. चावल को २ घंटे के लिए भिगो के रखें व उस पानी से सिर धो लें।
2. चावल को पूरी रात भिगा के रखें व सुबह छान के उस पानी से सिर धो लें।
3. चावल को ज़्यादा पानी में उबालें तथा माँड़ जो ऊपर पानी में परत बनता है उसको छान के निकाल लें, इससे सिर धो लें।
तीनों तरीक़े बालों के लिए लाभदायक हैं। माँड़ का पानी बालों के लिए सर्वोत्तम है।
चावल के पानी के इस्तेमाल के फ़ायदे:-

After fermentation of rice with water for 2days the rice water will smell, And if you’re mixing that water to Mand water adding some orange powder into the already boiled & strained rice water will give it a better fragrance instead of pungent smell so application would be more enjoyable and also the anti oxidants in Orange peel powder are beneficial to our hair & make the hair soft and lustrous bring unruly hair under control & add amazing shine to hair.No doubt you have long & beautiful hair & every girl would desire to have beautiful hair like yours.
In Kerala, from where I come from, cooked Rice water is used to clean hair and scalp by mixing either Besan or Shikakai. My mother used do it on us, on the day we had our ritual oil bath.

I used cooked rice water today. Kept it in my hair for about 45 minutes and then rinsed it with plain water. I thought it will take a few weeks to see the results, but my hair after drying look so healthy and there is a lovely bounce to them.
Although I had heard about this rice water remedy many times before, but you sound extremely convincing and authentic. So had to give it a try.

Mam I use rice water regulary..I prepare it by the yao women's method..it has given me blacker, healthier,shinier hair in 2 months..I used it every sunday..left it on my hair for 24 hrs ...came back from school and washed it away with diluted shampoo .....I love it ,its amazing and the method i use does not allow ot to stink that bad becoz it has mandarin peels in it. hey, you can use it twice a week if you are using it as a remedy else once a week is fine.. it does help with hair growth and also controls hairfall but if you have extreme hair fall, do check out my video 14 days Hair Growth Challenge.. it will help with hair growth and density as well as Hairfall control :)

@@telugufoodies2580 when you cook the rice...separate the rice water separately...and leave it for complete 1 day to be fermented...you need a clean scalp to apply it...either you can do shampoo a day before or apply on the day of shampoo.. 1st do the shampoo and they apply the fermented rice water for 10-15mins and then again wash it with shampoo..i do this 3-4times in a month...

Actually yes...there is less hair fall and tangles in my hair and even my hair looks shinny and feels smooth...i basically have oily hair and after shampooing it's very rough but applying it I really feels it good and love to tough...i am using it since last month..@@telugufoodies2580

Two days back i use ur 1st step.. In first wash only i loved it... Throughout the day there is no hairfall.. Today i used your second way.. Its really working.. Love it and thank u so much mam.. When i rinse the rice water not a single strand comes out... But when i used shampoo around 8-10strands comes out... Is that normal mam??
