9/9/24Mon.,2of5; Santa Fe Warbonnet's crossing the DesMoines River & Head'n up the Mississippi River

I spent this morning watching the KJRY's failed attempt to get an eastbound train out of town in Part 1.
I returned in Part 2 a bit later to see if they had any success ! Nope ! But it is close to time for the Northbound Local. I relocate .
Just in time ! I catch them coming into Alexandria, Missouri thru a nice "S" curve with several intersections! Lots of " Hoot'n & Toot'n " !
After that, I paced them into Keokuk across the Des Moines River and as far as the West Flood Gates at Roquette America's Coal Fired Boiler House, where the KJRY LaHarpe Turn still sits . The inbound Warbonnet's pass by them just prior to passing thru the West Flood Gates, which are just out of view !
Then it is off to the foot of Main St. under the bridge. They have just pulled forward to set the tail off and pull forward a bit more to clear the switch before backing into the yard with their cut . This happens between the Keokuk Waterworks & Lock and Dam 19. The road here takes me below grade for an interesting angle . I pace them back into the yard to my next location.
At the next location, they are seen backing the rest of their way into the yard, pull forward after dropping their cut, and back , back down the adjacent track to pick up their outbound ( southbound actually ) that they will pick up now , and haul Northbound to the Fertilizer Plant and then back thru Keokuk on their way back to West Quincy Missouri!
I digress;
Pull forward with the outbound cut and back it back into the rest of the empty Fertilizer tank cars heading to Wever Iowa.
The Local 3 Geeps and The Boss's Crummy can be seen up the track ! Her Crummy is in BN Colors !
In the meantime, I have a conversation with the Wever Turns Bossman about an Eagle , pig'n-out on a fish overhead .
About then, the KJRY can be heard & seen on the adjacent track and after that a final better view of the BN Caboose attached to the three Geeps.
Then I relocated, with great difficulty, because of multiple, unrelated, and 2 unbeknownst construction projects ! I get relocated with seconds to spare , and a friendly policeman waving as he drove by !
He was getting ready to do the same exact thing I was going to do , but he could cruise around the barricades and get much farther down the line than I ! Upon reflection, he must have been behind me thru 3 stop signs and 3 turns to get to the same spot .
Kinda SPOOKY !
He starts his pace before I get to start mine, so I let a significant part of the train pass by me before turning around and chasing those Warbonnet's down ;
