If you were able to make a faster wheel cycle before the conveyor belt it would save at least a few seconds, but I tried for a while and I'm not sure if it's possible. Other than that the only time save I can think of is dropping to the scoreboard faster, but that wouldn't even save much.
Yes. It's possible to get quite a bit further ahead than this does up until the wheel before the conveyor belt, but since the cycle for that only comes around every eight seconds, you actually just have to wait it anyway if you're further ahead, at which point you'd be synced back up with the run in this video. Going so fast to catch that faster wheel cycle seems just barely not do-able.
There's a segmented run of no overlord which gets a low 44 minute time, but that's only using tricks that have been achieved by runners, there's quite a few things that no one has been able to pull off yet. So in theory, the lowest might be a 43 or even lower.

It's one of my favourites as well, but I usually turn the music off when I grind levels, otherwise it gets annoying to listen to.
