Got my Staff of Sorcerer Thane four days ago, now focusing on dungo grinding for justice points. Did a bit of pvp to upgrade my weapon (havent played the priest since end of naxx/beginning of uld. Farming for zinrokh on the dk now, serrrmuccchdeerrrttt. Thanks for the vid.

make the blood dk you know you want to. i can already tell you there is a huge tank shortage. leveling my priest right now (goblin..interesting :D ) and the queue was 8min since there were no tanks. and if you end up not feeling the tanking you can just unholy and blast

you CAN NOT !! buy level 85 blue gear with justice points before you reach LEVEL 85. ,, but.. if you do simple dungeons...for leeling you get soon cap. the 4000 points. wich mean at level 85 you can max buy 2 items regardless what you did before., after that . at level 85 you can continue faming justice.. im level 81.. already capped at 4000 jusctice
Got both justice and honor nearly capped. Now I'm just trying to farm gold, work on guild rep, and do some archeological. I'm not going to spend 100 hours digging Inthe hopes of getting an item that will only be bis for a few weeks though.
Nice videos man, very clean and informative. I had multiple hundreds of Troll solves in original Cata and never obtained Zin'Rokh. Focusing my time on energy on finishing on what I started, hopefully with some better luck this time. If I get lucky I'll probably spend the remaining time farming JP how you mentioned or maybe level a Holy paladin. Looking forward to future videos man.
Are we sure that we won't get any JP from questing? Wrath Classic had a change that had quests in Storm Peaks / Icecrown reward badges. Do we know for certain that something similar will not be implemented for cata? Can't remember if the Wrath change was present on the beta/ptr or not
hi jonathan, i'm going to look into this. i've heard of JP being available from dungeon quests but my prior knowledge was no there was not a way to get jp from questing. would be nice though..the badge system in wotlk was there for a reason - it allowed you to quest without feeling like you were wasting your time
So on the flying part I don't understand one point. I played WOTLK phase 1 and got my plauged proto a 310% but all my alt that I made recently all need to buy the 310%. So how does this grandfather system exactly work? thanks for the video

you will have to do a normal run most likely at peak hours. apparently they are giving a lot more justice points than listed as well, possibly some sort of boosting going on. what server stompy?
@NOHITJEROME playing between 4pm and 10pm never see a single group advertised lol. Might have to look in trade chat instead of lfg channel and lfg tool
old greg the best way is with titan rune gamma dungeons. you will be getting defilers scourgestones to turn into 264 gear while getting justice points for cata itself. to be honest, the catchup systems are kind of bad right now, you won't really be able to get into icc without knowing someone or getting lucky. but what you can do is instead focus on getting 4k justice points and getting your archaeology items. the icc gear will barely make a difference leveling. and then at 85 you will be way ahead of the curve.
There’s no rush to catch up, most of your gear will be replaced anyway. Getting some starter pieces with justice points is a nice start ofcourse. It all depends if you want to raid casually or hardcore. If you keep an eye on your server discord and random raid finder you might get lucky and get into a catch up raid and get some pieces. Best time to try catch up was probably a couple months ago.

I haven’t played since Naxx, and I’ve came back recently to try and get what gear I can for cata. I’ve found basically 0 groups forming for ICC or really any raid for that matter. I think I’ve seen 1 ICC but it was a GDKP requiring 10k to even be invited. Benediction Alliance btw

Try getting gear from gamma dungeons and then try finding a group for icc there toons of group doing icc around 6 7pm st make sure to use Lfg bulletin board addon no one using the lfg tool from the game

been doing my dailies on my mage for guild rep plus the weekly, then spamming archeology. went into prepatch with JP cap and I have already gotten enough to buy two tier 10 items and will be capped again before launch just doing daily dungeons. Still trying for that damned staff from archeology though.
yooo sounds like your prep is going fantastic, really glad to hear that. i'm not going to predict it but i wouldn't see it being too crazy if they added bad luck protection at some point for archaeology. seems crazy to go into the new expansion with most players empty handed

@@NOHITJEROME Unholy DK, Blood DK, Disc priest. Ran a goblin disc priest back in the day. DK was Orc.

Don't forget to cap honor as well. You can convert 375 honor for 250 justice points.

log in on a Tuesday or Thursday and sit in Dal until you can get into a group, make sure you're dungeon geared to like 245 ilvl. it'll happen

or go prot pally and get instant groups on queing...or stay dps and sit in que for longer than the instants takes

ya even at peak hours tank is going to get queues so much faster than healer and legit you will save hours compared to dps lol
