Hi. Thanks 😁 I just cut up a couple of red onions and sautéed them with some garlic. Then just added any veg. I used cauli, peppers, courgette, a green cabbage. We get a weekly veg box so basically anything left from the week 🙂 then used a jar of the odysea red pepper and feta mezze. I think its more a dip but thought would make a nice sauce then some grated mozzarella at the end. Salt & pepper of course too ! We love one pots, saves washing up too 😁
