Learn how to make Laab (Larb) with Pao from ShogunBros. You can use any type of meat, but in this special video, we use Wiper or what some may know as Hybrid Striped Bass. A cross breed between white bass and striped bass. Caught here locally in Missouri at Truman Lake during an early summer shad boil.

Wiper Fillets (Or meat of your choice, i.e. Beef steak or ground, pork steak or ground, shredded chicken, etc.)
Vegetable Oil (If frying protein source)

Black Pepper
Chopped Lemon grass (Oriental Store)

Thai Chili Peppers (or pepper flakes)
